Ice was melted within 3 hours. I have emailed Igloo customer service, no one has responded to address the problem.

I bought this cooler in store for the Fourth of July picnic and it is the perfect size and a great design. The wheels rolled nicely along the bumpy terrain, and the cooler kept everything cold. Its big enough to fit a lot of food and drinks but also leaves enough space in our midsize SUV to pack all our other stuff. I will definitely have this cooler for a long time!

Loved It Until It Broke A Week After Buying.

The overall space and design of this cooler are great, and I was really looking forward to having a wheeled model. Unfortunately, after just two light uses, the handle snapped off where it connects to the main box. I managed to tape it up as a temporary fix, but I’m really disappointed in the build quality considering the price.

Cheap / Broken When Arrived

It was broken before going into the box to be shipped because the piece that’s missing is not in the box. I can’t use the handle to pull it because it comes off it’s not secure. So aggravating i now have to find a store so i can return it when u need it tomorrow. I’ll be buying a new one somewhere else
