My Favorite Daily Trainer

The Mach 7 is lightweight and stable and can really do a bit of everything. I’ve had three pairs of the Mach 6’s and put well over 550 miles on each pair. They feel good picking up the pace and can handle long runs well. My last pair of shoes were the Evo SL’s, which are amazing (and a bit faster) but much less stable and not great for runs over 12 miles imo. If you want a very dependable lightweight trainer, this is a really good one.

Lightweight, Comfortable And Great Support

Great Shoe, But Order Half Size Up

I have had several pairs of max-cushion Hoka shoes in the past, but found that they wore out quickly and are a bit heavy for running. This shoe is much lighter and more responsive, but still provides ample cushioning (for me) and allows me to pick up the pace a little better. I would definitely order a half size larger, though, as towards the end of my runs when my feet have swollen, my longest toes are pressing against the end of the shoe and causing issues with toenails.

Miles On Miles

Great shoe for any non-outdoor running who is putting miles on a treadmill. The extra cushion saves the legs and lower back.
