Ordered a size up from my abisco light shorts, they are still snug in the seat. The material choice for the seat may be durable, but it also makes them hot as well. I like the design, but the size difference to the abisco light is disappointing . I would have sent them back, but wore them camping the weekend they arrived

I purchased these to wear on a 7-day trek in the UK and was not disappointed. Comfortable shorts, with plenty of pockets and reinforcement in all the right spots. I might buy a second pair!

I received these as a birthday gift. I love the design of these, and the material feels like it's high quality, though the 44 fit a bit tight in the crotch for my preference. I would recommend sizing up unless you like a snug fit. I got the light olive and I will say they're definitely more green than tan, which was different than how it looked on the computer. That's fine with me as I was happy with any color, but may be important for others. I am planning to buy another pair for myself, just in a larger size next time

There was no need to get used to these shorts, they were my second pair. I’d worn the first for the past 3 or 4 years almost everyday spring-fall weather permitting and thought I better buy another pair in case they were ever discontinued. I’m gradually breaking the new pair in though they don’t need much wear to make you feel youve had them for years. The zip pockets are amazing and fall in the perfect place to reach for things. 💯 recommend!

This is my 2nd pair of Abisko shorts, and they have become my 'go-to', which is saying something because I literally wear shorts year-round. They are lightweight, comfortable, durable and give off a much cooler vibe then typical 'Cargo' shorts. Love these, and highly recommend not just the shorts, but the Brand!

These are my all time favorite shorts! I wear them almost every single day! I really and truly wish they had pants that could zip in and become pants. I would buy them in a heartbeat; especially in black. The pockets have plenty of room, they don’t fall down; plenty of room in the hips, especially due to the stretchy material so I can climb, stretch, and bend just about however I want and/or need too!

This is a tough but comfortable multi-use short. I’ve used it for serious trekking (Annapurna Trek) The front sheds water and the seat is very durable and resistant. Stretch 1000, Slide down a slope or scree no prob. Carry everything in front deep pockets. Ride a bike. Nothing spills. Fabric drys quickly. Wear it around town. Looks good and you’ve got picked to safely organize made-to-purpose. Mine are 15 years old but look brand new! .

I've had lots of shorts over the years. As a field geologist I have pretty significant requirements such as comfort, durability and security (i.e. secure pockets!). Though some of the other brands have been good they are nothing compared to these. The fit is comfortable and with a lot of expansion points. They are very versatile and can be worn in the field or in urban setting. The color choice is really good. Sizing is rather unique with odd but relevant sizes such as 37 offered. The fabric is very durable and stitching and finish are first rate. These are the best shorts I have worn to date and the zippered pockets are a real bonus if travelling etc. All in all an excellent product

It is such a desaster that you don't make this model anymore as a long trousers. I wear it for years and I need a new one. But the long model doesn't exist anymore. Please make it again! Such a perfect model!!!!!

These have easily become my go-to shorts on a daily basis. They are durable, stylish and comfortable. The bottom left pocket is perfect for my Ridge wallet. I love not having back pockets, which is more comfortable on a bike or driving a car. Other styles of Fjallraven shorts don't fit my thighs and waist quite the same, but these are spot on.
