I love, darn, tough socks. It’s all I wear. I have many different styles and weights, and this is the only one that has given me problems. The sock fails at the heel where the gray joins the red. This must be a transition zone in the netting, but I have, four pairs of these and now three pair have failed in exactly the same place none of the other socks I have have done so and they all are subject to the same use. I just sent one pair back on the warranty so we’ll see how that goes. I do love the socks and as a sheep producer have an affection for wool:-). Otherwise, they’re a great sock and a great weight. I hope they figure out the production issue so I can keep buying these.
