At the recommendation of a friend who's had one for years, I bought this for an upcoming trip. I haven't gotten to put it to the test yet, but so far I'm extremely impressed with the thoughtful design of the pack. It has exactly the level of details and features that I want, without anything extra that will just weigh it down or break. Handles on three sides, laptop sleeve with a super minimal but super thoughtful zipper catch that will make it hard for a potential thief to quickly unzip it but doesn't require you to put a lock on it or something annoying like that, suitcase-style design but with wearability in mind. I can tell it's very well constructed also.
