As others have mentioned, these are a little heavy, but I’ve honestly gotten used to it. It’s not a big deal since I mostly wear them around the office, not for long walks/outings. They’re super cute and the sizing was good for my wider feet. They instantly add to any outfit I pair them with and they’ve become my go-to shoes for work and church. The support feels good and they’re really comfortable. The straps/buckles were a little uncomfy at first, but broke in after just a few days. I love that I can wear them to the office and don’t have to change my shoes if I want to head out for a walk on my lunch break.

Heel strap doesn’t connect all the way around so they keep sliding off. I had older Chaco leather sandals that I loved, but the newer styles feel like much cheaper leather & materials.

these are why i love chaco. i have worn the same pair for 8 years now and the townes is my 2nd pair and i hope they last hair as long bc they are just as comfortable and can be dressed up or down. i did have to size down compared to my regular z straps.

Cute but the strap broke after one wear. I should have read more on the customer reviews. Thankfully I was eligible for a warranty claim as it had been 30 days past delivery.

Very comfortable & great quality. Buckle irritated one ankle but my ankle tends to swell so that may account for bit. Other than that I love these shoes!!

These have potential, but the strap rubs in the arch of my foot. I nearly had a blister by the end of the day. I’m hoping that they’ll break in, but so far it’s impossible to wear these the whole day. The footbed is incredibly comfy, but the strap is the dealbreaker.

Very cute and lightweight. However, the straps are no where near as comfy as the usual fabric ones. They rub and get annoying if walking around for too long.

So glad I purchased these! Very comfy with great arch support. You could definitely wear these all day. Works with shorts, jeans, linen and dresses. True to size.

Generally forgiving
More orthopedic looking in person than the photos. And not nearly as comfortable as any other Chacos I own. I'm ok with having to choose between style and comfort, but these offered neither.

Sadly the buckle couldn't lay evenly flat on my foot so it jabbed and was uncomfortable. the shoe was so cute I was sad that it couldn't work...
