I really wanted to like these (one of the few Chacos that come in my size), but the non-adjustable top toe strap was too loose for my narrow foot. The heel straps were great, so maybe this would be better for someone with a wide toe box. I would get these custom built in a heartbeat 😭 Points for having such an easy return system!

Too long/big. I wear 8.5. Ordered a 9. Would have been fine with an 8. They tell you to order up. Also ordered tennis shoes. Too wide in the heal. Slips on my foot. Disappointed. For all I hear how great a brand, I will not order again.
Very cute and comfortable. I have received many compliments on them. However, these are not the same quality of 20 or even 10 years ago. The sole is flimsy and the straps arent the same quality.

These are very cute and very comfy. They look slightly more “dressy” than my z straps, and I love pairing them with dresses. I bought the brown and am trying to restrain myself from getting the black too. The strap across the toes felt a little tight at first but it eased a bit after a couple wears and now it’s perfect.

I love the look of these but they are very narrow at the front. Every time I wear them I end up with my pinky toe feeling squished under the front strap. Not for walking around for me…

They size 7 fit the same as my other more casual Chacos size 7 W. They feel very supportive and comfortable but they are less casual, so I can wear them with a casual dress or more dressy outfit.

I love the style, color and softness of the Lowdown Strappy Sandles. Unfortunately they are too loose at the front of the foot, so it feels like I am walking in flippers. I ordered size 7, my usual size, and I'm sad that I'm having to return them because, had they fit, they would have been perfect.

While they initially feel supportive, they seem to be for someone with a very high arch. After an hour they make my feet and ankles hurt.

These are attractive and comfortable but I wish the footbed was a bit more rigid like other Chacos. These are good for hanging out or going to an event but I wouldn't want to do a long walk in them.

Comfy and have received so many compliments! My one note is the embossed logo in the footbed and particularly the heel is DEEP and bothers me almost like a pebble in my shoe when walking around. Otherwise no notes

I bought these for my wife in the brown color. They work as intended, casual wear not adventuring. They look really good in person. I would recommend.
