Same Quality As 35 Years Ago?the Sherpa With The Outer Heavy Cotton Shell Is Awesome!

Wanted a coat with Sherpa lining that was windproof?this is it. I've had the wool lined field coat, arctic active hoodie and arctic coveralls?all three 35 years ago. This Sherpa coat has the same feel and quality. I'm 6', 185 lbs with athletic build the large regular is spot on. Perfect with t-shirt and sweatshirt on a 30 degree day with wind. You won't be disappointed with quality or price.

Nice Jacket

It's super warm and comfortable. I read other reviews that said the side pockets are too small and stuff falls out, and the zipper is tricky to engage. Those reviews are correct. Otherwise nice jacket.

I had the same jacket from several years back and someone stole it from me at work. The quality on this new one cannot compare to the older one. It had the leather Carhartt patch on the front.

The Brand Has Gone Off The Deep End.

I dont understand what happend to Carthartt quality of products. It may be because its not a "trendy" brand but the Sherpa is lose and hanging off the actual jacket. Paper thin and would definitely not keep you warm. Not worth the price It was the quickest return.
