Engineered For high warmth in severely cold conditions, this update to one of our most popular insulated Active Jacs, the J130, was designed using feedback from our Carhartt Crew. Every detail has been improved wherever possible to enhance functionality and comfort on the job and off.


Fit and Design:

  • Designed with heavyweight, ring-spun washed cotton duck
  • Quilted lining in sleeves for additional warmth and easy on and off
  • Attached hood with low profile adjustment at hood hem
  • Two lined front pockets, one with pen stall
  • Two inner pockets
  • Pleated elbows and bi-swing back for ease of movement
  • Cordura® reinforcements on sleeve hem and inner rib knit cuff add durability and abrasion resistance to extend the life of your garment
  • Adjustable drawcord bottom hem
  • Carhartt-strong, triple-stitched main seams
  • Branded patch on front pocket to add to your style

Best Winter Jacket Made!

So, we live at 7600 feet in the Black Forest, Colorado. To say we have rough winters is putting it mildly. This coat is great in all weather conditions, especially severe. Highly recommend.

Can't Go Wrong

Comfortable and warm. It's a little short for my liking. The bottom elastic is a little too snug for me as well. But I still wear it as my go to winter work outer layer.

It was for my grandson, so far he loves how it feels it makes him feel confident and sure, to face the weather changes.
