Great Shoe!
These shoes feel smooth and responsive from the first run. Landings are well cushioned, and toe-offs feel energetic without being too firm. The tuned foam provides a noticeable balance of comfort and responsiveness that makes each step feel controlled. The shoe moves naturally with the foot, offering flexibility while still feeling supportive. I felt more connected to my run and more in control of my stride, especially during transitions. What stands out most is how balanced and refined the overall ride feels compared to other shoes I’ve worn.

Look No Further!
The Glycerin flex are by the most comfortable running shoes I’ve ran in within the within the past 5 years. They fit true to size, have a supportive mid foot without feeling tight. The toe box has the perfect amount of room. What I love the most about these glycerin flex is when I’m running outdoors or on the treadmill, the foam has a fantastic bounce that makes the landings comfortable and gives that extra propulsion when coming off your toes. The flex fabric is perfect. Breathable and really comfortable while still feeling supportive during my runs. They are super comfortable and are not clunky! Which is a huge plus for me. I have nothing bad to say about these runners. In fact, I suffer from periformis pain and I’ve ran 60 miles so far in these and I’ve had zero flare ups! These are my go to and will be for a long time!

Comfort Without Sacrificing Speed
As a long-distance runner, I appreciate a shoe that has comfort and speed in mind. The first thing that caught my eye on the Glycerin Flex was its bright design and higher heel drop. This shoe has a larger heel than other shoes I've tried. When I first walked around with the shoes on, I didn’t think I would like the higher heel drop. However, after running several miles with them I realized that I did not have as much knee discomfort as I usually do after running. The flexibility of these shoes, as well as their significant cushioning, supported my runs both on the treadmill and my usual hilly route. The cushioning absorbed the shock I usually feel going downhill without making me feel like my foot was sinking into the shoe. While it might seem that the cushioning of the tuned foam would affect how responsive these shoes are, I still felt as though the final push offs were quick and energetic. I wanted to give these shoes 5 stars, but I'd only give them 4 because the shape of the shoe at the ankle kept rubbing during my runs. I recommend higher cut socks to avoid this issue. Overall, this is a great shoe to increase comfort without sacrificing speed.

Comfortable Yet Beautiful Shoes!
I really love these shoes. They feel really good on your feet with just the perfect amount of cushion. The toe box is very spacious, so my toes don’t get cramped while I’m running. They have the second Loop at the top to do the runners tie. Bonus that they look beautiful. There’s a lot of ventilation on these shoes. Sometimes when I’m running, I have to loosen the laces on my shoes because the tongue digs into my feet, but the flex in these shoes have not given me that issue. These shoes tie up beautifully and just feel like a giant hug for your feet.

Tuned In And Ready To Run! They’re Great!
Right out of the box my initial thoughts were, “Woah! These are different!”. Different in so many good ways from the fit, the feel, the aesthetics, the comfort and much more. I got these in the white and cyber pink colorway, great combo where you can’t really go wrong. I really love the unique design. The fabric is stretchy yet snug. I have a wide foot and typically require a larger toe box or a half size up and with the Glycerin Flex there was no need for that. The fabric stretched to shape my foot so well while remaining comfortable and visibly appealing. The pull loop in the back is also stretchy which makes it easier to slide them on. There’s padding in the ankle which is also quite snug but comfortable as well. The flex cushion design of the sole is like nothing I’ve ever run in before. While I do admit it took a few runs in them to get used to, they feel somewhat natural with how light they are. They really flex with the natural movement of my foot and don’t immobilize my feet in a sense where I feel any restriction. There’s a nice bounce yet grounding feeling with each point of contact with the ground (heel, midsole and toes) yet the entirety of the shoe remains supportive. I have a wide foot with a very defined high arch and I can comfortably wear these running for an extended period of time. The goal was certainly met with the intention of giving a more tuned in feeling with the ground and the shoes but most importantly my run.
