Usually Wear The Adrenaline

I bought these a month ago. I usually wear the Brooks Adrenaline but decided to go with the Ghost because I needed a neutral color for work. I absolutely love how comfortable they are and I don’t have sore feet at the end of the day!

Very Comfortable

I’m very happy and want to get another pair in a different color.

The Ghost 18 feels firmer than I expected, especially compared with softer cushioned shoes. It doesn’t have a very bouncy ride, but it feels stable and well-built. After a few runs, I found it comfortable and reliable for everyday training and walking. If you like a soft, plush feel, this may not be the best choice, but if you prefer a more stable and responsive ride, it’s a solid option.

Each iteration of the Ghost has been different since I began wearing them. The Ghost 13 Wide I bought when I had issues with my feet were excellent! I tried Hoka and Brooks at my podiatrist recommendation, and the Brooks felt better. Then I bought the Ghost 14 same size 7.5 W, and they didn't fit the same... the toe was longer.. They were still comfortable. The following year, the Ghost were much shorter in the toe box, and those I wear without socks. When I bought the Ghost 16 I had to get the same color (gray) as the previous version because the color choices have gone to essentially black or white...The Ghost 17 I sent back because the shoe was so narrow, they were uncomfortable immediately. The Ghost 18 is long in the toe box again, and the 7.5 W is a full half size too big. I would send them back, but my husband threw away the box. Meanwhile, he has been wearing Hoka right along, and they have NEVER changed with the yearly iteration. My feet are fine now, so I'm going to give them another try.

Good Support

Need support for the balls of my feet. These are the only shoes that work.

These shoes are comfortable and look in style. Highly recommend.

Ghost 18

I do love my new Ghost 18 shoes, but they are a tad narrow in the toe box. I had to return a pair and order half a size up.

Peachest Shoe Ever

Sadly, I had to return the shoe due to the color. Way too much peach for me!!!

Can't Wear This Brand Anymore.

Have been wearing Ghost since 2007 and have noticed a gradual decline in comfort & quality over the last few years (since the switch to recycled materials.) But now, the Ghost 18 is unbearable! I wore them to the gym and couldn't take them off soon enough when I got home. I almost had to cut my workout short. My feet were on fire. There's absolutely no breathability. These 2 pairs are going back. Moving on to another brand, one that doesn't sacrifice customer comfort for the company's bottom line.

I have drop foot in both feet. I was looking for a shoe with lots of support and less give when walking. Brooks is better than my Hoka I still need something with more stability. Is there another Brook I should be considering ?

Uncomfortable

Ghost 15 were the best version. Ghost 16, Ghost 17 and Ghost 18 have all been tried and failed to be comfortable. Will have to go back to New Balance shoes.

Foot Pain

Dealing with plantar fasciitis. Brooks are my favorite shoes and these are helping with my foot pain. I wish they made a golf shoe
