This shoe should be named something else as it is completely different from the Hyperion 2, which I loved. Brooks shoes have always had a roomy toe box but the Launch and the Hyperion 3 are very narrow. I cannot wear either model. Please bring back the Hyperion 2 as it was!

I've been a huge fan of the whole Brooks Hyperion lineup and loved the previous iterations of the Hyperion (even the Hyperion Tempo from many years ago); however, this version adds more cushion and loses all the ground feel that I loved from previous models. The older versions felt snappy and light weight - good for a tempo or easy run. This felt clunkier. That being said, I wanted to make the most of my purchase and continued to run in them, only to find that they fit about a half size smaller than my usual running shoe size and caused a lot of irritation to the big toe. I ultimately returned them because of this. I'm hoping version 4 is a return to what the Hyperion does best. Until then, I've been scouring the web for any remaining Hyperion 2s.

These are the most comfortable shoes that I own! I bought two pair and find them to have great fit and support.

The Hyperion 3 foundation changed from the previous version. This show has changed my running dynamics versus the older version leading to hip flexor pain and greater ground contact. Not super happy with the change.

I use the Hyperion Max 3 for long distance and decided to get a pair of Hyperion 3s in the limited edition Nightglow Blue / Coral / Papaya colour. These shoes have a very similar fit to my Ghost 17s. They are light and responsive which makes them perfect for more intense effort runs. The cushioning is very supportive and the breathability makes them extremely comfortable.

I was looking for for a lighter shoe for daily training and the reviews for this shoe were excellent so took the leap. I found the shoe to have a great lockdown and just soft enough to be super comfortable turned out to be a great choice, very pleased !

I bought these for shorter distance zone 3 and interval sessions, and I’m glad I did. After a single run, I called them my favourite shoe ever. Responsive, firm, but gave me enough support to not leave my joints feeling beat up during the peak weeks of marathon training.

Grabbed them as my Hyperion 2s already hit the mile marker for new shoes. All I can say is that the Hyperion has been upgraded remarkably here. The extra 2mm of cushion is much felt when landing and taking off giving you more confidence to push it a little more. The laces are longer and thats another plus. The 2s laces were kinda short. The shoe tongue is a nice touch when slipping into them. With that said, the quality and feel of the materials on the outside and inner walls of the 3s feel nice and comfy. Overall, solid shoe. I'm happy with my purchase. I would've probably gone up half a size for longer distances than 10k. Can't wait to see what the 4s will bring.

I had the original Hyperion tempo and that was a good lightweight shoe low foam shoe. The Hyperion changed and no one asked Brooks to mess with a good thing but they did. Stop adding more foam to everything it makes running worse not better. The Hyperion 3 added more foam and it feels too sponging now instead of feeling your foot on the ground. Sadly this was a great shoe, its a choice still because the otjer models have far more and way too much foam.

I find these to be very lite weight and comfortable. Have more bounce than I expected, happy with purchase.

Cool looking shoe with a weird ankle collar feature that feels strange slipping your foot in but snugs nicely once it is on. The toe box width is more spacious than the Hyperion 3 Max, but for some reason the length is shorter; my toes were pressed right up to the edge unlike any of my other similar size (13) Brooks shoes. Therefore I never even took them for a run.
