My New Favorite Way To Cook Over My Breeo
My new favorite accessory from Breeo. I like the new design for the mount as it holds the rotisserie unit firmly in place on the Outpost rod. It is very solid in its construction and the battery lasts a very long time - I used it for 6 hours twice and each time the battery charge indicator showed a full set of green dots. Very impressive and I can't wait to take it camping with my Outpost. The included forks worked great on several pork tenderloin roasts. The rod came with a slight bend, but am working with Breeo on that.
I highly recommend the Rotisserie. You won't regret it and I'm sure it'll become your favorite Breeo accessory for cooking, as it has become for me. When friends and family come over, they love watching the food cook over the fire. Thanks, Breeo!

Functions Well
It is very compact and solid. The battery is great. I wish there were some basic instructions as to how to use it and how hot if a fire i can use it with. I have a surface temp reader and i don’t want it overly hot. That being said it worked well the one chance i got to use it.

Nice Rotisserie Option For The Fire Pit
I was initially worried about the battery life but after one charge the battery has lasted through two multi-hour cooks. The connections for each end of the cables were not the easiest to fit into the battery pack and the motor. Unless you have a perfectly balanced item to fit on the post then the post to wobble in the motor and can slip out of the socket. This requires you to sit there and watch the rotisserie pretty much the entire time and slip the post back into socket when it falls out.

Almost Perfect.
This is a wonderful, well built motor and rotisserie. The only issue I’ve noticed is that there’s no heat shielding on the cord when using it with the Outpost system. Since there’s usually only one hole, sometimes the flame can end up directed toward the motor unit. This caused a thermal shutdown for me, and I probably would’ve lost the cord had I not preemptively wrapped it with some tinfoil for protection. Thankfully, I caught it right away, otherwise it would’ve stopped turning and burned the food.
Another important note: you really have to push it in firmly to get a solid connection. That’s great for retention, but I wish this had been mentioned clearly in the instructions.
With a more robust Breeo style cord and built in heat shielding, this would easily be a five star review. The other improvement I’d suggest would be to enhance the Outpost system itself by providing a placement location at each of the four legs of the fire pit. That would offer much more flexibility for positioning and heat management.

Disconnects
As others have mentioned, the skewer consistently disengages. This seems to happen every 10 to 15 minutes. Also, the angle of the bracket ends up having your skewer and food angled downward about 10° rather than being horizontal. both of these things handcuff you to the cooking process. you have to keep pushing the skewer back into the mechanism and you have to watch your food from sliding off the skewer into the fire pit. Both things unacceptable. These faults could easily be fixed in my opinion. slightly angle the bracket upwards so that when it’s in the bracket and the food is weighing it down, the skewer at least orients horizontally or even angled slightly upward. So that the skewer doesn’t pop out, it should have some type of click in mechanism where you would be required to push a button to release it. Do those two things and this thing would be perfect.
