Just Plain Awesomeness!!!

This is a beast of a griddle that makes cooking so much more efficient and enjoyable. Can make entire breakfasts in a matter of minutes! So many possibilities and so many ideas of what I can now cook for the family. Heats evenly and very quickly and efficiently. Smash burgers are my favorite griddle meal so far, can't wait to cook more new meals!

Great Griddle

Just used my griddle for the first time. Excellent exprience. Pre-seasoned plate was great head-start. Heated fast and pretty evenly. Using the 36in for my first experience with a flat top was a little overwhelming but I got done :) Look forward to many more uses

So Far So Good!

Did my initial seasoning and first cook on my Blackstone and I am incredibly impressed. I am a Weber convert and was a little nervous, but all of my fears have been alleviated after what I saw the Blackstone could do. Absolutely amazing! I have to rethink how I do everything in the kitchen because I can pretty much be done on the Blackstone now.

Should Have Bought Yrs Ago.

These are great for cooking anything from breakfast to dinner to sides! Take your time seasoning it and don’t overthink it. And then have fun cooking! Highly recommend the natural gas conversion kit if you have the ability to hook up to a gas line! If you are thinking about getting a BS, pull the trigger and get one, you won’t regret it!

A Couple Of Issues Out Of The Box

I really like this product, although I have two initial frustrations. One of the four knobs was missing the little tab inside that holds the knob firmly on the burner valve stem. So, I had to immediately order a new replacement knob set. Additionally, the fourth (farthest right) burner works normally at first and then starts in on a sputtering noise after using the griddle for a bit. That started with the first operation of the griddle out of the box, and I’ve tried to troubleshoot it with the suggested recommendations. I’m using a brand new propane tank with it, I’ve tried the safety system reset, and the issue is persisting. That burner starts normally then proceeds to start the sputtering noise after it is on for a bit. The burner still works while the noise is happening, but it’s very frustrating for a brand new product.
