Much Needed Upgrade

We started our Blackstone story with the 28" griddle and learned quickly that we needed more cooktop space. The 36" has been great for our family of 7.

Easy To Assemble.

Was easy to assemble. Haven’t used it yet, but product looks solid and can feel the heat coming from the hot plate.

Great Cooking

First time griddle owner and it truly was ready right out of the box. The safety valve for the gas is easy to trip which limits the gas (heat) output if tripped. Following the lighting instructions and then no issues.

I love it easy to put together and it looks so good.

Great But Third Burner Is Making Sound Like Jet Engine

Can’t wait to griddle! While seasoning and heating griddle first time, after a few minutes the third burner started hissing and making a jet engine like noise. I did shut off and disconnected the tank. Restarted and it’s doing the same thing. I finished 5 rounds of seasoning the griddle with the noise. Called Bomberger’s in Lititz PA and they will be sending someone to check it out. Hoping the unit doesn’t need replaced because it took about 1.5 hours to season the griddle. Thoughts??
