Comfortable And Packable

This mat is a big improvement on the previous version which had different insulation. It's now warmer, lighter and considerably more packable. I use it for bikepacking and hiking. It's a thick mat, so it's super comfortable, and the fabric is tough enough to resist punctures so far. No trouble with delaminating at the welds either. Recommended for 3-4 season use.

Stuff Sack Works If You Have A Hydraulic Press

I absolutely love this sleeping pad, beats most others I've slept on. Used in the winter, and was good enough to keep me warm. On that note though, it can be a little too hot in the summer if you are like me and run hot. Super comfortable. The inflation sack is extremely helpful and handy. I also and happy that there is an included patch kit, which luckily I have never had to use. It works great for things as simple as a quick nap in the back of my truck. My biggest beef is the stuff sack. I have been able to fit it back in, but it has always taken multiple attempts, needing to use a table or solid surface. It is much more complicated and difficult on uneven ground and/or soft ground, since you have to be extremely precise and it needs a lot of pressure to get it to the correct size and shape in order to fit in the stuff sack. I have given up on it's stuff sack, and Instead just roll it up and use rubber bands to store it. Really the only thing that this sleeping pad needs improved is the stuff sack could be a bit bigger.

I loveeee my Rapide! I use it for everything from backpacking to overnight car camps. I especially love the limited edition anniversary print! It’s so unique and fun! Can’t wait to use it this summer!

Light And Comfortable At A Good Price

Absolute best bang for your buck sleeping pad. Seems to be quite durable, and it is very comfortable and warm given its weight. Would recommend it and have already bought another for my wife.

Finding the right sleeping air pad can be tricky. I have used a few over the years, and found this one to stay warm and comfortable. Whether I am on my back or my side, it provides comfort and support.

Super Comfortable

Extremely comfortable and warm. I just wish I would have ordered the wider version. Made a little noise when adjusting my position but it wasn't enough to keep anyone awake. I use half of a poncho liner to cover up and I am good. It's lightweight, easy to pack, easy to fill with the provided bladder thingy. It fit nicely in my Eberlestock pack.

Warm And Comfy

I bought the wide version because previous pads were too skinny. This one is perfect but still light/small enough for my pack. The raised rails on the side really help keep me from rolling off. Easy to inflate and deflate too.

Great Comfort Pad

Very comfortable but the only thing would be the pump sack is pretty small and is a little difficult at first!

Small, Comfy And Packable

Took it on a small camping trip with my partner. This pad is very comfortable compared to my old sleeping pad and doesn’t make too much noise when moving around. It fills up surprisingly quick with the “catch air in a bag” filling system and a pretty efficient method to fill the pad and save space. No complaints so far, time will tell if this product will last!

Redesign Great

I recently upgraded to the new Rapide SL Insulated after my previous Big Agnes pad reached the end of its life, and after two nights in the backcountry, I’m thoroughly impressed. As a middle-aged side sleeper, my biggest issue is usually my hips bottoming out or feeling like I’m going to roll off the pad the moment I move. The redesign on this model is great. The slight side rails are a subtle but brilliant touch—they provide just enough of a "cradle" to keep me centered throughout the night without feeling restrictive. The thickness is generous (3.5 inches), meaning I didn't feel the ground once, even when tossing and turning.

It is very comfortable and sturdy. It fits my larger frame quite well. It also pairs well with a Big Agnes sleeping bag to make a complete sleep system.

Luxury And Still Compact?

As 2m tall person I tend to super-size my gear, but for this mattress I went narrow with the 25" mattress. Side sleeping -- no problem. Shift position? The oversize side baffle kept me on board. Now to test longevity......

The pad provides a lot of cushion and is very compact. Holds air well and have enjoyed every use of it!

Can't Wait To Use It More!

This has only been inflated in my living room so far, but after testing it there, I cannot wait to take it out on the trail. I love the color. It is also way thicker and more comfortable than I first expected. We are going backpacking on catalina later this month and it will be amazing to use. Stoked on big agnes, Stoked on Expert voice. Hit the trails and stay stoked!

Great Sleeping Pad!

Love this pad! I have had a big Agnes for a while. I ended up getting a leak on the valve and big Agnes worked efficiently to replace it with me. I got a new one and it works perfectly!!
