BY is my new favorite workout wear brand. Everything is buttery soft and fits like a glove. For reference I'm 5'5" 130 lbs 32 D & athletic build and have pants in both XS and S - size down if you want everything really sucked in. Bras/tops I'm a small. If you're on the fence just get it - you won't regret!
