I love the British country style on this cut. The only thing I would warn is the measurement runs an exact fit. So if you think you will layer with a thick sweater or a blazer, you need to get a size up. For instance, the measurement for US size 4 is very true. But when I put it on, it's snugged. I should have gotten a US-size 6.

The Barbour Fit I've Been Searching For!
I've tried on so many styles of Barbour jackets looking for a boxier fit that would accommodate my hips without swallowing me up. The Acorn style is perfect! I'm 5' and 155lbs with a pear shape. Because of the boxier (but shorter length) of this jacket I was able to go with the US Size 10, whereas in the Beadnell and Winter Defense jackets I needed to size up to comfortably zip them over my hips. I can easily fit a thick sweater under the jacket without it feeling or looking tight. So happy!
