Works great! I recommend wearing a thin layer underneath so the heating elements aren't directly touching you. Battery pocket isnt in the best location imo but there isn't a perfect solution. This is my 2nd actionheat item and when I save up more I will be getting the leggings

Extent Of Heating Elements Not As Shown
If I’d taken more time to shop around and taken this shirt out of the box for a closer look, I would not have bought it. The box shows the back heating elements as covering the entire upper back, but in reality, the element covers just a very small area below the neck at the top of the shoulder blades. When in use, the front elements provide a nice diffuse heat to the upper chest (but not nearly as far down as the box shows) but the heat in back is basically a burning sensation between the very tops of your shoulder blades. I think the packaging is misleading to the point of false advertising.

Good Heat But Awkward
The heat works great but the wire from the heating element to the plug for the battery is stiff and falls in a very awkward spot across the breast area. It makes it so the shirt won't lay flat against the body and takes away from the look of the shirt.
