Great find. I highly recommend it. I like to put hot soup or chili in mine and take it to the ski resort for a warm lunch!

The jar itself is excellent and keeps food hot, but the lid is lacking and you lose a lot of heat there. The lid is hot to touch after a short time

I’m salivating for this, waiting for a sale, or free customization! One question: why can’t you all make these jars in the new colors?? I can’t even impulse buy, if I wanted to, seeing the new colors that are never added! You have Royal blue now, and ummmm.. food jar, please!! 😅🙏🙏
These food jars are great for leftovers, meal prep or bringing food to a cookout. They keep everything so fresh and at whatever temp you put them in there.

I really wanted to like this Yeti food jar as it seemed to be built well but after exploring what would be required to clean it after putting something such as soup in it, I discovered the lid has 3 gaskets you have to remove and clean, then put them back on once dry. The two O-rings, one on each piece of a two piece lid weren't that bad to put back once removed but the largest gasket that's along the entire circumference of the lid was very difficult to get back on properly. I cannot speak for how long it retains hot food as I never used it after discovering whats required to clean it. Too much work for a daily jar to carry food in. But for someone maybe hiking a mountain that only uses it a few times here and there, it may suffice as they have plenty of time to arrange the big gasket back on the lid while sitting around the camp fire. I decided to pass all together on thermoses and instead bought a Bluetti to power a Keurig coffee machine and 1000 watt microwave in my trunk. That so far is working great.

you can def load this thing up. and it is even easier for my big hands to clean it as it gets wider past the opening. Just need it in camo next.

Didn't keep my soup cold - lunch was 6 hours after I packed it in the morning. I don't see any mention of how long it should keep it hot.
This thing is a tank! Solidly built all around, and with a little preheating with boiling water before I put my food inside (looking at you, one star reviewer) keeps lunch hot all day. All it needs is a Catfish Parlour sticker!

Excellent for tailgates. I’ve been waiting on this for years. Use it for hot dog chili, warm dips warm cheese. Use this along with my Yeti serving bows with I chill to place slaw, salads and shimoy

I bought the 16 ounce and the 24 ounce and I love them. Perfect for bringing hot food to work for lunch. Reheating the food is unnecessary because after sitting for 4-5 hours my food is still very warm/hot.

Highly functional well designed food jar. Great for cold or hot food. From soups to overnight oats, it’ll do the job.

Bought as hotdog storage device for transporting perfectly boiled hotdogs to their final destination on a public grill where they will be seared to perfection. As a hotdog travel apparatus, the container could stand to be taller, but dogs remain perfectly warmed as they await their glorious fate.
