The YETI® Hopper® M12 Backpack Soft Cooler helps keep your drinks cold and at your fingertips with its durable magnetic closure and wide mouth opening. A more compact version of the M20, this backpack cooler is designed to fit wine bottles and can carry up to 20 cans of your favorite beverage. Attach accessories such as YETI’s Rambler® Bottle Sling or Sidekick Dry® Gear Case to the cooler’s HitchPoint™ Grid to bring even more adventure gear along. And the Kangaroo Pocket lets you easily stash away keys, a wallet, or phone so you can get going. The fold over top secures with two Quick-Release Buckles for easy and secure transport to your favorite outdoor spots.

Eh. Wasn’t Worth It

I love coolers and to me worth the investment. This one, I ended up returning because we used it for paddleboarding. The ice didn’t hold well at all. Pouring ice in it requires a high school diploma, at minimum. Thank god I have one, but it shouldn’t have been that difficult to get ice in it. I love the design, but that opening just doesn’t do it for a single person to put ice in. I ended up trading it in for a roadie 35.

Not Worth The Money

I purchased this after my original product was on recall. I really wanted to like it, but it’s so darn difficult to open and close - I still don’t know how even 15 cans with ice to keep cool can still fit in this thing and properly close. It’s is so small. In the two years that we have owned this product, we have only used it twice because it’s so challenging to use. Definitely not my go-to cooler and was hoping it would be. Save your money and consider another more affordable option like RTIC. I don’t know what to do with this very expensive product now. What a waste of money.

It arrived last week and I’ve already used it twice. The material is durable and there’s no chance of any leak. Soft coolers are notorious for leaks. I’m sure it will last a long time!
