Disappointed In Change

The strap now has plastic clips that do not rotate. Very disappointing.

Just A Lunchbox

I am an avid, yeti customer. This is the first product that I’ve been disappointed in and returned. The name is misleading, this is just a very large lunchbox, plain and simple. If you buy this expecting cold retention for more than a few hours, you will be disappointed as well. In warm temperatures, 70° and up, this box sweats like crazy and does not hold a temperature for very long even when pre-chilled and a yeti ice pack is used. The zipper doesn’t seal, there’s a gap where they meet. Not a good option for the outdoors, it is better suited for temperature controls environments like offices I’m sure it serves well as a lunchbox, which is how it should be named.
