Lunchbox is on the smaller side as far as adding any icepack with food and drink, but everything fits in most cases. I use it daily and have had no durability complaints. Whoever designed the shoulder strap concept is absolute trash though, 50/50 chance the lunchbox falls off of it when picking it up
