Great For Running!

I bought this for an icy trail run and it really helped with traction. I would recommend. I wear women’s size 10 shoes and a small fit perfect.

Honestly, wasn’t great. I got these because I’m tired of wiping out like a cartoon character on icy driveways. I think they increased traction a little, but my feet were still slipping and sliding with normal walking. Did not feel safe. They are very easy to put on and take off, so there’s that. They seem durable but I’ve had them one day.
