Solid Construction
The feature that sold me on this is that the bars are flat... unlike some of the other models that have a curve to them. This was important to me for the times I load up the roof top with building materials that I'd rather keep flat.

Super Strong. Noticeable Wind Noise.
Got these a month ago to replace the factory crossbars. Installation kit (that was with the towers) comes with absolutely everything you need to install. Including a torque limiting Allen wrench. Very strong bars. They do come with one set of inserts for the groove to reduce noise, but it would be nice if they had included a second set for the top. Definitely notice increased wind noise on the highway over the factory bars that were more aerodynamic. Was a little difficult to install and get even on top of my car.

Yakima has the HD and it will not disappoint. Spans most openings and available in three sizes. Only comes in one color but that shouldn't be an issue in todays "anything goes" environment!

These Hd Bars Are Great!
The end caps have the perfect mounting point. Makes strapping down loads easy. Can’t wait to use the T slots on both the top the underside of the bars. Plan on mounting a roof top tent and having 4 total HD Bars on my truck
