Great Features!

I bought this a month ago and I use it to sharpen all 200 of my knives, great product, much wow.

Works Okay

Works as advertised. Not the end all sharpening tool. Still need to use a stone to dress the edge.

Don’t Waste Your Money

I bought mine direct from work sharp. I followed all instructions to the T and watched several videos as recommended. This this grinds each side of the blade in a different direction. It take far more time to sharpen a knife that doesn’t have the exact 20 or 25 degree angle since you have to grind a new angle first. Additionally, the blade guide doesn’t support the side of the knife on smaller knives and when you get to the tip following the contour as directed. It doesn’t completely and evenly remove the knurl created from grinding the first side. Customer service explained to me, it is designed for me to learn how to manually guide my knives after getting the feel for it. That is completely unacceptable and, no where in any advertisements does it indicate that prior to purchase. I’m so glad I didn’t put my expensive knives in this thing. I will stick with my DMT Aligner diamond sharpening kit as it truly gives you the same edge for the entire length of blade and a much sharper edge.
