For the most part, this chalk bag is fine. Nothing exceptional, but it gets the job done. My one major problem with it is the elastic drawstring closure. The elastic is pretty tight, which keeps the opening at least partially closed, even when you loosen the closing mechanism. This is nice for preventing chalk from spilling out if, for example, you set the bag down and it gets knocked over, but it makes chalking up somewhat difficult, particularly if you have big hands like I do. I can't just reach a hand in and grab some chalk. I need to use one hand to help widen the opening so my other hand can fit into the bag. This works well enough for bouldering, my primary climbing activity, but is detrimental when I'm top roping and need chalk halfway up a wall.
