Great Bag For Hut Trips
I bought this bag for a four night hut trip knowing it would be a summer trip bag too. I have a 20° Marmot semi rectangular bag that I've used in the past but it was warmer than necessary and bulky in the pack. The MityLite was warm enough to sleep in boxers and my Patagonia Capilene lightweight base layer. I would guess the bunk room got down to 45-50°F at night. A fleece layer or socks was too much for me. The MityLite was about half the weight (better quality down+higher temp rating) and fit into a Sea-to-Summit XS Event compression dry sack, though I did eventually up-size to the small bag for ease of stuffing. My Marmot bag requires a medium and that's a tough squeeze. Anyway, I have plans to use this bag for summer backpacking, future hut trips, trekking in the French Alps, and who knows what other adventures.

One Heck Of A Sleeping Bag
I bought this for a 3 day camping trip; the weather went a but south and dipped into the thirties (this bag is 45 degree rated). Even so, with light bundling this bag kept me plenty warm, and the stitching and craftsmen ship is fantastic.

Great Summer Bag
I've used Western Mountaineering bags for over 20 years. They are excellent quality and seem to last forever. This one is light and easy to pack, as well as comfortable and easy to move around in. I bought it to use with a coupler, so that 2 people can sleep under it, and it preforms that function well, but I also use it as my regular summer bag. I had a mummy shaped bag that I left completely unzipped in the summer and used like a blanket. This bag has more room and the dual zippers allow enough flexibility to get ventilation, while still keeping the bag around yourself.

I bought this bag several years ago and I can't even begin to count the number of nights I have spent in/under it. I have even taken it on business trips to avoid hotel sheets. Great bag but also unzips to create an awesome quilt. I'm a warm sleeper and I'm pretty sure I've slept comfortably into the upper 30's. I'm 6'1", 250 and I do wish the bag were a little wider.
