Great Quality

item is of great quality , it looks great , it does dampen the sound of the trainer if you are on a second story, grips, does not move.

Works well. Cushy, rugged. The smell could be better, but it goes away after a while, all easy otherwise.

An Outstanding Mat

I have been indoor cycling for a number of years and have used various mats under my trainers. The first was a generic cushioned mat that wore well. Later I went to various plastic and rubber floor coverings which did not perform as expected. After some trial, I decided to go back to a purpose-built mat. After a couple of rides, I noticed a big difference in the quietness of my environment, the mat stayed put, even when using the Kikr and Climb, and I like the denser foam, which I didn't have on my original mat. Overall, I think the mat is a good product and well worth the price.
