1st shoe received has mismatched tongue lengths. 2nd shoe the footbed wasnt glued properly. Returned.

I have been dealing with insertional Achilles tendinitis on both sides for two months now. The first week I went to the mall on the hunt for vionics because I was aware of their good reputation for foot pain. What I like about this sneaker is that the back is exceptionally soft and does not irritate my Achilles in most positions. It still can depending on how far out I have my feet in front of me, but it’s not nearly as bad as other shoes. The Winnie shoes from bionic were similar, but had a more more rigid back. Thanks to these shoes and PT I’ve been healing slowly but surely to the point where I stupidly walked up a steep hill and really upset my nerves. I wasn’t able to walk in my house shoes that had been fine without severe nerve pain going up to my knee, but wearing these has eliminated most of the pain as long as I’m not bending over or lifting heavy items. The material does feel semi flimsy (I have the gold pair), but I love them so much that I’m seriously considering getting them in at least one more color so that I can confidently walk and continue to heal.

I love these sneakers but on the third wearing the silver on the back of the sneaker was peeling off. Very disappointing. These were not cheap shoes and should not peel after only being worn three times.

The uptown sneaker is very comfortable. No rubbing or blister and my arch feels great. I also love the fun colors to choose from. Would definitely buy again and recommend to others.

The shoe is attractive and has the classic Vionic arch support that I need. However, I really don't like the tongue of the shoe at all. It is soft suede and curls when inserting foot in the shoe. Straightening it out once your foot is in the shoe is nearly impossible. Chose the Ivory color & after one wearing, the suede on the toe area is pretty dirty. I am not a hiker or sports person, so I was a little disappointed that the shoe grabbed as much dirt as it did after simply walking around on vacation for a few hours.

I recently purchased a pair of Vionic shoes in a beautiful subtle gold leather, and I couldn't be happier with them. From the moment I put them on, they felt incredibly comfortable. The leather is soft and flexible, the toe box is roomy, and the overall construction feels exceptionally solid and well-made. I've been wearing them for several days before an upcoming trip to Portugal and Spain, and honestly, they didn't need any break-in period at all. They were comfortable right out of the box and have only gotten better with wear. The arch and instep support are outstanding—so much so that I don't even need to wear my orthotics. As someone who has struggled with plantar fasciitis in the past, I know how important proper arch support can be. Many shoes leave my feet aching after a few hours, but that hasn't been the case with these Vionics. They provide excellent support while remaining comfortable enough for all-day wear. An added bonus is the versatile subtle gold color. They pair beautifully with slacks, skirts, shorts, and dresses, making them an ideal travel shoe when packing space is limited. Comfort, support, style, and quality construction—these shoes have it all. Five stars and highly recommended!

I have been waiting on this style to come back in stock in my desired color for a while. I was very excited when they finally arrived. I love the Uptown loafers but because my feet are so slim I have to add insoles to keep them on. I love that I can tie this up and walk comfortably all day.

I purchased the Uptown Sneakers in Ivory Leather and have worn them about 10 times since they arrived on April 14th. Attached are pictures of the back of the shoes showing the silver coming off the right shoe. There has been no situation while I’ve worn these shoes for that would cause this issue. I have not worn them with long pants or rubbed them against anything that would make the color wear off, especially on only one shoe. I’m seeing from other reviews that this is a chronic problem that I hope is remedied in future production. Disappointing because these are comfortable shoes and not inexpensive!
