Comfortable except the heel comes up too high and is too narrow so it chafed my Achilles heel.

Could Walk All Day

I love this shoe! I am an avid Vionic fan and bought these cute shoes in white w black stripe. Only complaint is my jeans rubbed off on the suede top and it’s impossible to clean so they look dirty. But the comfort still gets 5 stars!

Very Cute, But The Heels Are Slipping

I soooo wanted these sneakers to work! They are very cute, they work well with my custom orthotics, and the look is very on-trend. But, as several others have noted, the heel is too wide for anyone with a narrow heel, and the back of the shoe is moving up and down. I'm looking for a good walking shoe for a trip to Europe, and I'm afraid I will end up with blisters if I bring these. I tried lacing them tighter and tighter, until I lost feeling in my toes; I tried putting some moleskin around the inside of the heel; I tried using thicker socks. No luck--they are still loose in the heel. One thing that would help these sneakers would be to have a true "heel lace"--the extra hole that is behind the top lace hole. These sneakers sort of have a heel lace, but it's in the wrong place: it's under the top lace, instead of further back behind the top lace, where it would really pull the heel in tighter. To understand how this works, all you have to do is look at the lacing system on any good running shoe--those of us with narrow heels could really benefit from that type of extra hole. Please, Vionic, read these reviews and re-design these shoes so that the heel isn't loose on so many people! You have a lot of would-be customers out there who would love to wear these shoes, and could wear them if the heel were different.
