I’ve got well over 1000 miles on my first pair in a little over a year with these and I’m preparing to buy a second. These boots are my favorite I’ve ever worn in years and have held up nicely with regular conditioning and maintenance though I’m now starting to get some cracking in the leather over the top of the boot where the foot bends. I e purchases a leather repair kit to fill these and hopefully extend their life out. The leather breaks in quickly (my first hike in them was a summit of Mt St Helens!) and they conform nicely. I backpacked the Grand Canyon, the Wonderland Trail, the Enchantments, tons of 15-30 mile day hikes, and numerous other multi day packs and no other boot has been more comfortable or endured such abuse. They have a quality lacing system that holds the laces in places which is always a constant gripe of other boot grommets for me and the solid leather construction is excellent for waterproofing and durability. Can’t recommend these enough!
