Bad To Da Bone

The Cub is truly bad to the bone and proof that big things come in small packages. For the size and weight, you don’t sacrifice sound. It is LOUD. My cub has already been on a handful of fishing adventures with me. Rough water, rolling around in my truck bed, and it’s insanely durable. It’s also taken a few dunks in the lake so I’m thankful it floats!

Turtlebox Exceeded My Expectations

I am obsessed with my new TurtleBox speaker! It is incredibly portable and easy to take anywhere, whether I’m at the pool, beach, lake, or just hanging out outside. The sound quality is amazing—it’s loud, clear, and fills the space perfectly without losing quality.

Turtlebox Does It Again!

Not surprised it worked as good as it did after using the other Turtlebox speakers. Charge held good, amazing sound, and a great in between size!

Take My Money

The Cub is great, I like the smaller size without sacrificing sound quality. Really like that it floats. That was my only complaint with the ranger . The battery life on the cub is amazing also. I do prefer the latch cover for the charging port like the OG over the rubber flap the cub has. I haven’t had any issues with water getting in though. And it is constantly getting splashed. overall great speaker

It Has It All!

The Cub has it all! It's extremely portable, loud, long lasting battery, AND it floats! I use this mostly on my boat and it sounds great for it's size. More mids and lows than I expected from a small speaker! This one is a winner, for me.

Small But Mighty! I Love The Cub!!!

I’ve used the Turtlebox Cub for the last month and it’s my new go-to speaker! I love how it’s small yet mighty! As a kayak athlete, this is my new best friend for days on the river!

Baja Proven

It’s the perfect size for those times when you don’t have the space for something bigger. Sometimes my girlfriend and I just go hang out at the beach, the Cub is all we need. We also just spent 3 weeks road tripping the entire Baja Peninsula. The cub got dropped, rattled, thrown into saltwater and even survived a car accident. Amazing product.

Same Qualities But Packs Into Anywhere.

I’ve got two of the GEN 2 and absolutely love them. Stereo mode at home for some surround sound movies and then throw them in the truck or in the boat for all the outdoor adventures. But I did always think, man it would be awesome if they made a smaller version that I could fit my duffle or luggage, and even easier to pack into the beach, or light enough to pack into a hike in camp spot. And here we are. The Cub. Battery life still lasts forever like the rest of their product line, and the sound level and quality is dynamite. My favorite everyday carry of 2026 for sure.

The Perfect Everyday Companion

I love my Cub. It lives on the porch, rides in the boat, and always finds its way to the grill when I’m cooking dinner. It’s compact enough to take anywhere, but still packs enough sound to fill a campfire, cookout, living room dance party with my girls, or sandbar gathering. If Turtlebox built a speaker specifically for my lifestyle, this would be it. Highly recommend.

The Best Speaker For The Outdoor Enthusiast

The Cub is the BEST mini speaker I’ve ever owned. As a raft guide and extreme boater, this is perfect for all of my Class V adventures. Extremely durable, excellent sound quality, and a sleek look that puts it on ANYONE’S wishlist. Highly recommend!

Smaller But Just As Mighty!

Same loud sound that i’ve grown to love about the Turtlebox Speakers but now in a smaller more portable package! Impressed at how they managed to miniaturize the Gen3 without compromising audio or build quality! More portable for taking inside my kayak between my legs!!

Small Package, Big Vibes

Upon receiving the Cub, I was kind of confused as to why this size. Then I powered it on and played some tunes. It made total sense then. There’s a ton of power in that tiny package! Love it and use it more than my others now.
