Awesome Organizing Tool.

I have used the chest harness 1/2 dozen times already. It keeps my gear separated, there’s a good visual on where everything is , so when you’re in a compromised position the gear is easy to find. It’s like decluttering your house.

Best In Class ...

Love it. I require a chest harness for rope solo, although I have come to prefer racking with them that I use it for all trad. Fits really well, high chest level clip in, rouged, very comfortable even with a lot a gear, plenty of bells and whistles that provide many excellent options for racking with great organization and comfort. A bit heavy ... but given all the above that's to be expected.

Danger, Folks!!!

Unstrap the chest harness (ie, take the whole harness off, as if you were going to hang the whole thing from the Wall), and now pull down on that chest strap on the gear side of the buckle (as if you had a heavy rack hanging on the loops). Watch the chest strap slide out of the RHS buckle, then out of the RHS red-sleeved gear rack (bye bye 1/2 the rack), then out of the back spine of the harness, then out of the LHS red-sleeved gear rack (bye bye the rest of the rack). You can lose the entire rack. All they need is to bartack a stopper onto that chest strap so that it can't slide through the buckle. So I just bought this, but with my rack hanging on it in the basement and Wall scheduled for next week, I think I ain't gonna use it.

Great For Trad And Big Wall

The product is an amazing addition to your rack if you carry a lot of gear. Taking the weight off your hips and distributing it across your torso makes for much more fun over the course of your day.

Perfect For The Aid Rack

I've been waiting to find the perfect harness since last year in yosemite when I was jugging up 60 meters of free hanging rope and my aid rack harness at the time was digging into my chest every move. [I could see the scar from that for 3 months] Finally I found the one. This is simple to adjust, has plenty of space, and is comfortable!
