CentNo 2021 BMW X5
I am a fan of Thule roof racks for previous jeeps that I have owned so buying the Thule Wingbar for the BMW X5 was the perfect choice. Ordering and delivery was easy and installation instructions were easy to follow. The drag with the bars on has very little impact on fuel and noise is not significantly higher than without the bars. Style looks great and we are off to a winter season of skiing and looking forward to kayak and canoeing in the next summer

Great functional rack if you don't want factory rack that will eventually cause leaks in your roof, creating rust issues at windshield and rear hatch, like my first Honda Pilot. Although Thule rack has slightly dented the roof all 4 contact points, so expect to leave on permanently and not count on re selling the vehicle. Still, really satisfied, not Thule blame, Honda roof just not real strong structurally. Barely noticeable, but slight indentation did occur.Better than rust that will happen if you have Honda install rail system with additional crossbars that are more expensive!

The rubber pieces that cover the T slot are problematic. If pressed too eagerly or deformed by passing around T bolts they will not return to shape and will not sit flat. If this happens over a long enough stretch, the piece will fly out when driving and flap around. I am going to try cutting off the deformed edge and glueing it down. Otherwise the bars are light and strong enough for their rated weight. Installation is not technically difficult but can take a long time.

I bought this for my new 2025 Silverado to add a basket to the roof, too enable more capacity for beach gear when we drive out on the beaches in Cape Cod

Aside from the important part where this rack does the job of carrying my kayaks and lumber and holds my bike rack quite effectively, it is so quiet! I just switched from the old standard square bars, and I can't believe how nice it is to be less noisy.

The product is even better than advertised, Easy installation, great look. Pricier than other brands but worth every dollar.

We have had a Thule roof rack on our past Escalade for over 5 years and never felt like it was loud. This new one, model WingBar Evo, is LOUD!! We actually decided to take the rails off until we need them each time it was so annoying.
We have these bars and roof racks on both of our cars and absolutely love them. We have the kayak attachments and a rocket box. Love, love, love!!!

The wing bars work perfect. We will try the cargo carrier cross country in August. I fully expect no problems. Will be purchasing two uprise bike carriers.

Fit my 2024 Ford Maverick perfectly. Works great for hauling my SUP around to various surf sports and best of all me wind noise like to old square bar style I had.

Pro: it was easy to install, and fit the car well. Con: there's a lot more wind noise than I expected.

Looks great and definitely adds that sporty look. Works great with my bike mount and whatever other large items I need to transport.

Looks nice and of great quality. The only issue was that they didn't have the measures to put the rack on the roof of a 2023 ford F150 but that was easy to fix.

I was sad to see my last set go with my crashed car. I bought the same ones but different length.

The overall rack is great quality and fits perfectly. No complaints there, but for how expensive the rack system is it should include the locking mechanism and keys. Having to purchase those separately for additional money is just not right. So, if it would include those I would give it 5 stars no problem.
