Love this rack! If I could improve it, I would have a way of locking up all of the bikes and put wheels on it in order to move it on and off the car. Other than that, this thing is sweet and makes it easy to roll the bikes right on the rack to get to the trails.

Nice Rack

Solidly built. Works really well. The self lifting shock makes it easy to lift a loaded rack up. Just make sure that the bike with the most slack head angle is on the left.

Okay But...

Had high hopes but it didn't allow tailgate access or van door access. Pretty heavy too.

Easy To Build, Works Great

Had it for a month or so and it's really good. It has freed up the bed of the truck (no more tailgate pad). I find it quite easy to load and unload the bikes but it might be harder for shorter people (>5'5"). The tilt function works really well and the bikes are very secure on the rack when travelling.

Cracked Baskets And Straps

I have now cracked a second basket in under a year of use.(Thule did send a free replacement) We also have cracked two straps. Once caused a bike to fall off. I'm not sure this rack will hold up long term. The main post needs constant tightening. I'm sure this rack is fine to use a few times a year on paved roads. But, it's not up to the task of shuttling up and down forest service roads.

Great experience ordered the bike rack. It came quick easy to assemble and now it works fantastic. I’ve had multiple vertical hanging hitch racks. This one is the best I’ve ever had.

Best rack I’ve ever had. Works great. Bikes safe, no rubbing. Took a little bit of trial and error to figure out the best order for putting different size/types of bikes on. Have found that it’s best to start with the most aggressive (slackest head tube) bikes on the left and the least aggressive on the right, it works every time.

Good Quality Construction. Easy To Assemble.

Put it together fairly quickly with my daughter's help. Feels sturdy and reliable. I had to fiddle around a bit to figure which bike should go where as my son's brake levers were rubbing on my stem. I ended up putting the bike taller to smaller from left to right.

Pretty Disappointed

I bought the 6bike rack 3 weeks ago before our familly vacation because my new truck was not compatible with the standard roof carriers I had been using for several years…. I used it to transport 5 bikes, a 29” XC, My Wife’s 27.5” Cruiser, My 26” DJ, and my kids 24” and 20” bikes. I also purchased the 20/24” adapters, cable lock, and repair stand. My beef is with the statement the rack works with 20” Bikes- In my case- in order to keep the down tube and fork on my sons 20” MTB bike off the rack, it required me to build a 2x4 truss to “push” the rear wheel outward and change the angle on the bike. After returning from vacation I used the rack on another trip to a BMX race, and guess what both the 20” bmx race bikes forks hit the wheel holders unless they are pushed outward… Poor design and marketing suggesting these work for 20” bikes. They might work for a fleet of 29” Enduro bikes, but if you’re a family with a 20” or wanting to carry BMX’s, you might want to consider something else… I really wanted to love this rack- and I don’t.

Awesome Rack

Bought this for a road trip and couldn't have been happier. Super sturdy and felt the bikes were very secure. Being able to open the hatch was very convenient

Finally The Best Vertical Bike Rack

I have been so pleased with this rack. I had a competitors rack for the lest 3 years, I am so happy I sold it and went with the far superior Thule Revert. This is hands down the best Vertical bike rack on the market.
