The rack locks itself when tilted down in the load position. By gently pushing the handle down, the memory function activates which allows the user to let go of the handle and use both their hands to push the rack back up again

Solid Rack That Is Very Easy To Use.

Solid rack that is very easy to use. Install was more complicated than needed due to directions that are purely picture based, I suggest looking at videos online. We have about 8 hours of driving around with 2-3 bikes so far and it has felt solid the whole time. Bikes go on and come off in ~1 minute/bike, super easy.

We love this bike rack so far. It was easy to assemble and takes up much less physical space behind the car than most racks that can accommodate four bikes. Best Vertical Mounted Rack I've Used!

I used to have a NorthShore 4 bike rack but had a couple complaints so ended up going back to a tray style rack. When this one was released, I had my eye on it and am glad I finally pulled the trigger! The only contact to the bike is on the wheels (rubber straps for the rims) and the bikes don't shift around at all! The spacing between the trays is excellent and loading/unloading is extremely easy. The cartridge lift support is interesting and I could take it or leave it but with 4 bikes it does help if you're shorter/smaller!

Amazing Bike Rack

Had the 4 place Revert for about a month and love it. The tightening adjust on the hitch is perfect when you live somewhere with bumpy dirt roads. Easy loading and unloading and provides access to hatch. Pulling the rack down to load requires some strength but I consider that my arm work out, lol.

Should Have Purchased This Sooner!

Setup is self-explanatory. No words in the instructions but enjoy a beer and it comes together very easily. I have had a Thule 4 bike hitch mounted carrier that keeps extending the bikes farther away from the rear of the vehicle. It was 20 years old and wouldn't fit the new 29" tires. The new revert fits 26" to 29" easily. My 11 y/o son can load his bike and strap it down. Great product.

I do not see how people are saying this rack is sturdy. The bikes bounce and sway all over the place. Everything is tight and put together correctly. We own a bike shop and are not impressed with this rack. Hard to pull down, straps get hard to use in the cold. It could be better, Thule I have videos if you want to see. Installed in a 2020 Rav 4

Absolutely great bike rack, super stable, easy to load, looks good. My only complaint would be how stiff the shock absorber is. Unloaded I have to pull with everything I’ve got just to get it to tilt down. Other than that it’s amazing!!
