Best Bike Trunk Carrier
Best trunk bike carrier. It’s compact and easy to store. Have really great features. Like it has a cable lock incorporated with the carrier. And that’s only one of the great features. Believe me nothing can compare to it.

It Will Break Your Window. Do Not Buy.
I bought this bike rack and followed the instructions exactly. The result was a broken rear window on my Volvo V90. When setting it up, I even thought to myself “wow that cable is getting really tight and I haven’t heard a click yet!” So I stopped tightening it and went back and read the instructions again, and then watched the installation video twice, and both said to tighten until you hear two clicks. So I did. And then I heard a 3rd pop, which was the sound of the glass cracking under the mighty pressure of the rubber foot being pushed into the glass by that cable. Do not buy this bike rack unless you like decorative spider webs on your rear window.

Works Great On My 2015 Acura Tlx Sedan.
I didn’t want to install a hitch on my sedan and am glad I went this route instead. So easy to install and remove; takes like 30 seconds. I would recommend a bike top tube adapter for a secure no fuss hold on the bike.

Rear Door Now Won’t Stay Open
The bike rack itself is pretty slick, however due to the weight of the rack, the rear door hydraulics now won’t stay open on their own. Bummer, I purchased this to not have to take on and off between use but now I will need to due to the inability to use the trunk. Car: 2010 Subaru Outback Sport

Spring Tension Makes Mounting Difficult
I struggle mightily to get this mounted on our Honda HRV. The spring tension is very high, my wife can't even do it. Works fine once it' mounted. It's such a pain I only put it on in the spring and leave it.

Outway 3 Works
Great product. I've used to transport 2 adult bikes on about 8 long distance trips (NY to New England) over the past year. No major issues. Product is sturdy. Bikes are safe. It does take about 20 mins to fit on car and load bikes . Make sure to disable rear camera drive assist, and auto tailgate close. Also slightly blocks rear camera but this is ok

Good For Cars Without A Spoiler.
Purchased back in 2021 for my VW Jetta and works perfectly. Only 4 stars due to similar issues to prior reviews, namely the instructions can be unclear. However, once you watch the YouTube video for set up you should be fine going forward! I find I need an extra set of hands to hold the trunk in place when initially placing the carrier onto the vehicle, but afterwards I can complete it alone in about 5 minutes. My car does not have an extreme spoiler, so I haven't had that issue like others did below. Quality is excellent on mine, I expect it to last many years.

Only Fits One Bike
Multiple people have tried to get our two mountain bikes onto this rack. There’s no possible way to fit them together. Super frustrating.

Solid Rack
Just bought my wife a bike, and in addition to mine we found orselves in need of a 2 bike rack. This item came up a lot in the third party review sites that I frequent so I pulled the trigger. I was not disappointed. Although pricey, the quality of make and overall feel does not make you feel bad about the purchase. The only negatives I can write (which are not really that bad) are that installation was a pain, you absolutely must read directions carefully, and it slightly obstructs the rear view cam - but I would imagine all bike racks of this style would have this issue.

Clever Design
I bought the Outway 2 for my Volvo XC70 a couple of weeks ago. The assembly video on YouTube was a very useful guide. The Outway 2 is a very solid, well engineered bike rack. On a side note, I lost the keys on my first outing, fortunately after I had removed my bikes, and Thule replaced the keys quickly. So don't forget to record the key number and to leave one key in your vehicle's glove box. Bravo Thule!

Good Frame, Bad Parts
The rack itself is good, strong and secure for my Honda Civic but the bumper straps that hold the bikes together and to the car failed miserably and broke in multiple places over a few days. To be clear, the bikes were still secure on the frame - the frame was good. But the bumper that hold the bikes together broke in 6 different places over a few days. Seems the rubber could not handle the sun. Would not recommend this rack unfortunately until that is fixed.
