I tried these in a S and in a M. The small waist was so tight that I could barely get it over my hips (which are small) but the legs fit well. No way I could pull it over anything and you need to wear something under these. The Medium waist was fine but the legs were absolutely enormous. I normally wear NF pants in Small. If the waist on the S had been just a little more stretchy they would have been perfect.

Waiting on rain to wear them but I think they'll work well. Usually a size S but I got the M to fit over sweats.

I think the sizing may be off/inconsistent but I ordered both a small and medium. The small fit like an extra small for me. I could barely get them over my hips and once I did they were way too snug around the thighs. I put on the mediums and those were huge! I tightened the drawstring but even then the butt area was really baggy looking. I even double checked the tags to make sure the sizes were correct. Pretty disappointing because the quality feels good and I like that there's a lot of room for adjustment at the bottom leg openings. For reference, I'm an athletic 5'8, 27 waist, 38 hips, and 140lbs. Typically a size 4-6.

Love these pants but they are too long. That's not unusual for me because I'm only 5'3"

I purchased these rain pants to wear in Iceland during my June visit. I stayed completely dry while touring waterfalls and during a heavy rainstorm. Based on my measurements, I ordered a size medium. Overall I felt like the pants were true to size. They were a little bit long, though I'm short at 5'1'', but they did not drag on the ground, especially when I was wearing my hiking boots. I had a little bit of extra room in the waist, so I was able to comfortably wear them over my hiking pants. They were worth the purchase in my opinion.

I bought these for a hiking trip to the Faroe Islands. They keep you dry while being out in the rain for several hours and have convenient zipper pockets to hold your phone/card/etc.
