Great Product!

I feel like it's bigger than I expected, I get size M for everything but for some reason this felt too big on me

Awkward To Function In

I generally love The North Face jackets and was hoping to replace my old Resolve raincoat with a similar model. The closest one I could find was this Antora. However, I can't say that I like it very much. The cuffs are quite elasticized so that the gathers tend to pull at the sleeves of the garment worn underneath when bending the arms. The sleeves are a bit too short - they look long enough until you bend your arms and then they pull up on the wrists too far (dragging your shirt sleeve with it). My old jacket didn't have as much elasticization, or was wider at the wrist, so I did not encounter this problem. Also, the long diagonal pockets are very awkward to access and I grumble every time I have to put something in or take something out of them. The fit of the body is good. For reference, I am 5'4", about 125 lbs (most of that in my lower half) and I bought the Medium (at SportChek). While the jacket doesn't work well for me, I can't say that I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. I'd just suggest that she try it out. On another note, I wish that the model names were included on the inner tags of the products so that one could refer back to the actual name of the jacket when looking for similar items without having to research by an NFO or some other code.

Great Rain Jacket

Great rain jacket. acts more like a shell so we sized up 1 size to fit a warm layer underneath. Awesome quality and craftsmanship very warm and wind proof.
