I really like these shorts. The fit and fabric are great and they're very light weight to not slow me down. I typically wear a size 35 waist and the large fits perfect. They don't have a phone pocket on the liner which I'd prefer but the pockets it does have work fine.

Runs VERY small (I’m a 33-34 inch waist ordered a large and it’s skin tight on my thighs - all other brands fit me normally lol) Not ideal for HIIT

The build and longevity quality of these shorts improve year after year. Interval short is a main stay for everyday wear and weight room training. The session shorts are the perfect mix of barely there fabric with the durability to last.

Great shorts for general use or gym. If you are a runner consider the 5” length rather than the 7” Inside phone pocket is now located more on the back side vs before style the phone was more near center back. New good feature is zipper pickeon left and right with a small key pocket on inside of wast .

Great shorts! I have all the different models and I love them but these are really comfortable and could easily be worn out around town.

I bought 3 pairs of these shorts, and really liked them, however I recommend you stay away from them because the zippers will ruin your shirts or any fabric that comes in contact with them. I've had other Ten Thousand shorts (Interval) which are great, but these are a definite stay away. The zipper Don't waste your money their poor design will ruin your clothes.

I have purchased many shorts with great success but my latest pair ripped in under a month. Unsure if they are using new manufacturing process but spending this much only for them to tear this quickly is disappointing.

I can't say enough how great these shorts are. Medium with lining fit perfectly ( 6"1, 165 lb) Super well made with very comfortable materials. Just ordered a second pair

Read the recent reviews, these shorts are truly awful for the price. They do everything a running short should avoid at all costs: - Cheap fabric, they get away with calling "lightweight" - Brutal liner, the shorts ride up and get caught constantly. This is literally the one thing you cant have a purpose built running short do -The zippers, read the other reviews. They are terrible I've bought thousands of gear from ten thousand over the years. Just buy interval shorts, do NOT buy these because they cant be returned.
