Long Runs Without Chafe!

These are my go-to for long runs. I'm one that tends to chafe, but I have yet to have any issues with these shorts. The phone pocket works great and I really like the peace of mind of having a zippered pocket for my car key. I'm 6'1" and have a 35 inch waste. Size L worked great for me. Highly recommend!

Great shorts. The 2 pieces of product feedback I'd give are don't have one side of the tag fastener in a place you can't pull it out. The spandex are a bit longer than the shorts and my husband wishes they were just slightly shorter

This is a fine workout shirt which fits appropriately. The liner is bulky and too long for the short, which makes the shorts heavier and less comfortable than some alternatives.

I've had these for a few weeks and they're my new go-to for nearly everything. Shorts with liners tend to have a shorter lifespan because the liner can get smelly or wear out faster than the outer shell so I'm skeptical about the 7-inch Interval short with a liner, but for now the quality, comfort, and fit are top-notch. Couldn't be happier. They're surprisingly slimming, making my proportionally wide thighs look more narrow. If you're on the cusp of a S/M/L, I'd recommend sizing up. For example, I'm a size 31, at the size S max. I would be uncomfortable if I added an inch to my waist. Want to show off the quads? Go shorter than the 7-inch, especially if you're sizing up.
