    I have used the Vionic active inserts and those have been more supportive in the arch for flat feet. These had support but I could def feel the difference in my fallen arches

    Helping My Planter Fasciitis

    Goodbye Shin Splints!

    My daughter was getting shin splints from the poor shock absorption on her soccer cleats. I did some research and found out about these insoles. The Berry insoles made a huge difference for her. No more shin splints!
