High Quality Rod Made In The Usa

I’ve always liked St. Croix fly rods, and this spinning rod did not disappoint on my first time fishing it. I caught two bass in the 2-2.5 lb range and the rod performed beautifully. It cast a very light tube bait a long distance without additional weight. This was on 15 lb. braid with a 10 lb fluorocarbon leader. The rod is expensive, but fairly priced for the performance.

Quality Is Worth The Price

This rod wasn't cheap, but it's worth the money. It is light as a feather, but also has a solid backbone. This is going to be a gift, but you cannot go wrong with St Croix. This rod feels like a great balance of old school and new. It definitely feels like great quality and you can't go wrong with St Croix.

Light & Strong! Beautiful Finish.

I bought this Rod a couple of weeks ago and I've already caught a bunch of fish. Here's an example of some schoolies I caught last week in a local River. It Handled them with ease, paired with a Stradic ci-4+ 1000. Awesome combo. I've been freshwater fishing for many years and have several St Croix Rods. You can't beat them!

Great Rod

I will purchase another one next month. I am replacing all of the old IM6 rods with StCroix exclusively. Great rods!
