Beautiful But Not Completely Secure

Beautiful color but after one fall it has chipped already. The mug also only keeps my coffee hot for about 4 to 5 hours since the lid doesnt fully close.

Good Mug, Lame Lid

The mug size is nice, it fits in the car cup holder well, the engraving turned out great. My biggest complaint is that the lid does not have a piece to close, which doesn’t make sense for a travel mug? I emailed the company to ask if there is a substitute lid, and they said no.
