I got the black/gum version and never have gotten so many compliments on a pair of shoes. And I thought they were just black boots!!

I really wanted these boots to work but they just didn't for me. I ordered true to size (I have a few SOREL footwear products and true to size is always on point). For some reason these boots were extremely tight (I do not have a wide foot either), and the heel was so uncomfortable pushing into it, it hurt. I didn't even want to try breaking them in because I know for a fact I would have gotten blisters from doing so. So I returned them and will hopefully be receiving a merchandise credit here soon. Bummer, but I will get a different pair of shoes with my refund anyways. Thanks!

I ordered this boot on January 15th. It took over a week to ship it and rhe delivery itself was then rescheduled. It got to the point that I was concerned I would have to contact my bank to get my money back, which is not a nice feeling. They did arrive and were well packaged but I wouldn’t recommend ordering in a hurry. Now for the boots. I would describe them as fitting a little smaller than expected, with a low rise. I am normally a size 36 EU and ordered a 37EU as I have a wide foot with a high arch. The boot itself looks well made and is surprising light, which I like. It looks great on and I look forward to using it once I’ve worn it in.

These boots are super cute to look at, but I ordered my usual size 12 and cannot wear them for even an hour. They pinch my toes so badly. I have many pair of Sorels and thought these would just break in eventually. I hoped they would stretch out. They didn't. I would love to wear them, but they now sit at the back of my closet.

These shoes are very slippery in the snow… here in Alaska we have huge snow falls and I have slipped a few times now since I bought these shoes I wish they would make them more grippy for the slippery snow.

I wanted to love these boots they are so cute but like of the other reviews, they run small had to order a bigger size and they still rubbed my feet wrong even with a larger size super uncomfortable- I have a lot of sorel boots that I love this one just wasn’t the best for me

The Women's Hi-Line Chelsea exceeded my expectations. I purchased them to be my primary shoe for a trip to Ireland. We planned to do a lot of indoor and outdoor walking and these seemed to be a stylish, waterproof option. The boots arrived within days of my online order. I slipped them on and instantly knew they were going to be great. I chose to wear these boots on my flight to maximize my luggage space for other items. They were easy to slip on and off in airport security.The elasticized panels on the ankle made them feel comfortably snug and supportive when I was walking. This was an active trip with an average of 15,000 steps a day on indoor and outdoor surfaces. My feet stayed warm, dry, and very comfortable despite the weather and sometimes rough terrain. Remarkably, the boots look as good as they did the day I received them, without scuffs, tears, or significant signs of wear despite the abuse. I packed a 2nd pair of shoes for the trip, assuming that I would have some irritation and may regret bringing new boots on a trip that required a fair amount of walking. The other shoes never made it out of the suitcase. The Chelsea Boot was my daily shoe choice and will certainly be a go-to boot for daily wear.

I would have given 5/5 stars except for the lack of traction on the bottom. I love the look of these, they're waterproof, you can easily wipe off dirt marks, and they're decently warm. I just returned from a trip to Tahoe and I was slipping excessively in the snow & on the sidewalks. I even fell over because of these shoes! My other friends had no issues walking on the snow with their shoes. I would suggest next model of Sorel chelsea boots they should invest in better snow traction.

These are the absolute perfect put-em-on-and-go boot. I live in the PNW, so comfortable, waterproof footwear is essential. These boots are not only totally waterproof, but also incredibly comfortable for everything from going to the store to taking the dog on a long walk in the rain/snow. I wasn’t sure about the shape of the sole based on the online pictures but I took a risk and am SO glad I did. They are so cute, not at all odd looking, and are so incredibly lightweight. I truly can’t say enough good things about these boots. I bought my normal size 12 in Sorel. I have a narrow foot with long toes and I was so glad the toe box stretched out to accommodate.
