New York Boots

I bought these last November for a trip to new York last December (2024)they were very comfortable sturdy waterproof & stylish. 28,000 steps later & that’s one day in New York didn’t miss a beat Fast forward to this week and my go to boots still going strong

Coal Color Much Darker Than Pictured

Coal color does not match the photos. Instead of the sharp medium gray shown in the pics, the actual color upon arrival is very dark. Every time I look at them I swear I'm looking at a deep Navy Blue color. It probably is dark gray, but everyone who sees them will think you are wearing Navy Blue. Otherwise they are fine. Fun fact- when I take a picture of them with my phone, they look more like the online pics, even though what I'm seeing with my own eyes is darker. I guess digital cameras have a way of lightening things up. Just be aware they won't actually look like that when they arrive.

Painful

Narrow cut, low instep, sharp and stiff heel cup. I have rarely felt shoes as painful as these. (I am a professional dancer. I break in uncomfortable shoes all the time.)

Great Boot.

I use these for work. The best I have ever had. I have had about 5 pair and love them all except for one. I just started wearing the color major/wet sand. I don’t love the suede type material and they are more stiff than all the others. You guys got rid of the best color. I don’t remember the name but it was lighter in color. You should bring that back and get rid of the major/wet sand. The material is different and not as comfortable.
