Coal Color Much Darker Than Pictured
Coal color does not match the photos. Instead of the sharp medium gray shown in the pics, the actual color upon arrival is very dark. Every time I look at them I swear I'm looking at a deep Navy Blue color. It probably is dark gray, but everyone who sees them will think you are wearing Navy Blue. Otherwise they are fine. Fun fact- when I take a picture of them with my phone, they look more like the online pics, even though what I'm seeing with my own eyes is darker. I guess digital cameras have a way of lightening things up. Just be aware they won't actually look like that when they arrive.

Painful
Narrow cut, low instep, sharp and stiff heel cup. I have rarely felt shoes as painful as these. (I am a professional dancer. I break in uncomfortable shoes all the time.)
