Product Arrived Missing Parts. Sold As New.
Beautiful helmet. Great quality. Rare and in the correct color for my daughter's outfit. But it arrived open-box when it should have been new. Someone had obviously purchased this, pulled the clasp and retainer off the it and returned it - still had tags, but I was surprised it wasn't inspected before it was sent to me. Customer service was helpful, and I'm working with Smith on the missing pieces... I may yet have to return it. That would be sad because this color is so hard to find.

Take Out The Liner And Order A Size Down
Helmet liner is not comfortable at all. Would recommend ordering a size smaller, taking out liner and wearing a beanie underneath instead. Both the magnetic buckle and boa systems are nice and make purchase worth it

Fatal Flaw
The boa system on the back does not have enough padding under it. This causes the plastic to rub your neck. Otherwise it's a decent fit and look

Light And Clean
Gone out with this a couple times, once on a powder day, and haven’t been disappointed. I took the liner out and wear a beanie and goggle underneath. The fit is good and the boa in the back does its job for minor adjustments. The clasp is unique and intrigued me. For me it has held just fine and was easy enough to do with gloves on. Now I’m just working on grabbing some stickers to add some personality. Great helmet!
