Saved My Life Today

I slipped out going very fast on wet off-camber rooty nonsense and smacked the side of my head into the ground hard enough that it knocked me unconscious very briefly, im still being monitored for the impacts of a concussion as i type this, i am spelling words wrong as i do and i have to go back and fix my typos. Its not my first one and its not horrific, i'll be fine. Had i not been wearing this i likely had a high risk of dying. its scenarios like this which are reminders of what the helmet is for, it can be relatively mild stuff that gets you, i was going too fast on the wrong terrain on a bike i was not familiar with and took the line entirely wrong, i got airborne where i shouldnt have, and landed about as poorly as i couldve, and immedaitely plowed the left side of my head into the ground and after some seconds of groaning and being able to see again i stood back up, took a cheeky selfie and walked my sorry butt out of the park i have cracked my helmet, i will be buying another one, i wouldnt want any other helmet

Awesome helmet with great technology. Ready to hit the bike parks! I ordered a Medium and it fits perfect. I probably could’ve went Large and added the provided pads. When considering size and in between the two sizes decide what type of fit you want. If you want it tight or be able to have more choice with the fit and feel (go bigger and add pads it comes with). Great looking helmet and looks to have a lot of protective technology!

Sizing is just right. Confortable. Good ventilation. The additional pads of different size supplied with the helmet is great to find the perfect fit.

Crashed at a bike park and I'm convinced this helmet is the only reason my skull isn't cracked open. So thankful I was wearing this helmet. I've heard people say it's squeaky and it is if I purposely listen for it but I don't notice it at all while I'm riding.

Highly Recommend

I have been wearing one of these helmets for about a year. It is comfortable, well vented and light. After crashing at a bike park and landing face first on a rock I can also confidently say that it offers great protection also. I broke the helmet,but walked away with only a small cut on my face. I also bought the same helmet as a replacement. If you're considering buying a mainline, get one.

Great product. Don’t normally bother writing reviews but just went over the bars and landed on what would have been my face if it hadn’t been for this helmet. Body pretty banged up but not a scratch on my face/head

I've Owned Smith Ski Helmets, First Smith Bike Helmet.

Great fitting, great looking, confidence booster. I haven't taken a fall with the Mainline, but feel that it will keep me safe if that day comes.

Good Helmet But Noisy

I bought the helmet a month or two ago. It is lightweight and keeps relatively cool for a full face helmet. It is good protection with downhill rating. The only problem with it is a lot of clicking noises it makes while you ride. It doesn't bother me too much but might drive some other people a little crazy.
