Love My Smartwool Baselayers

These are so warm and feel-good. I have four colors of 250 weight bottoms and four 250 tops. Can be slightly itchy. So far they are holding up well, aside from the fact they do pick easily...and the pants do loosen after a couple days (I'm wearing them heavily), but this isn't a big deal. I just can't really wear these and stand-alone leggings - which isn't their purpose, anyhow. Love wearing natural fibres, and wool is amazing for warmth and breathability. Grateful to have some new Smartwools!

Very Happy With Upgraded Version

I have two pair of these baselayer pants purchased years ago. I am very happy with the updated version. The wider and smoother waist band is more comfortable. The fabric seems to maintain its shape and fit better. I spend all winter in my base layers for skiing and mountain adventures. I also love the subtle but fun pattern

If you are looking for a warm comfortable base layer, these are terrific. They are lightweight and very soft. I have worn them for hiking and running. They stay in place and keep me warm without sweating.

So Freaking Fabulous!!

These wool tights are so deliciously comfortable, they feel like Butter!! So smooth and so warm and soft; no seems to bother or crimp on you. I tried them on when they arrived and loved them so much that i kept them on all day and slept in them that night! I used these as base layer for skiing & snow shoeing in the high Colorado Rockies in single digit temps (4 degrees!) and was kept sufficiently warm - very happy with these!!
