Why Did You Change A Good Thing?

Last year's version of these pants were incredible. I bought three pairs and love fishing in them and even wearing them casually. When I saw the new color come out this year, I went ahead and ordered a pair. But the material of this year's superlight pants feels completely different than the old version and actually feels a little heavier. They are still good pants, hence the 3 stars, but the old version was superior. Why change a good thing just for the sake of change?

Not As Cool As Expected

Blocks to much wind to be as cool as I'd hope. Fit is okay but seems to be on the smaller side.

Lightweight And Comfortable

Used these 3 of 6 days of permit fishing in Mexico. They were very comfortable in hot humid weather.

Bring Back The Older Version

The older version with the stretch waist band and leg cuffs where the best. These new ones not so much.

Lightweight Fishing Pants

These are the best pants for fishing the the small streams in the Sierra Nevada mountains during the Spring and summer. Love them !! Love them so much I had to buy a pair for each of our sons !

Great For Flats Wading

I wore these on a recent trip to the Seychelles. The alternative, shorts with tights, was way too hot. These pants were great. Super lightweight and fast drying. Wish they had a front zipper pocket though.

Super Pants

Superlight is not just a figure of speech. These pants are excellent for wet wading. They dry super fast. I have also worn them to work in a clean room environment where I am required to wear a clean room bunny suit over my clothes . They definitely keep me cool. Super comfortable and true to size. I highly recommend these pants.

Great Purchase

Definitely light weight and feel breathable. They have a drawstring that really seems to dial in the fit around the waist. The 34 waist is a little big on me but that is better than being too small. These are exactly what I was looking for to keep the insects off of my legs when fishing.

Thin but rugged pants that dry quickly and have the ability to cinch at the bottom.

Thighs Are Tight

Pants seemed great until I sat down -- then thighs were way too snug. Had to return.

Superlight Pant

These pants are great anywhere from 60-95 degrees. They are light, breathable, and have the durability no other lightweight pant has. By far the best set of lightweight fishing pants on the market
